2XM Recruit is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead our clients health, safety and risk function, while overseeing key governance, compliance and business management systems.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll provide both strategic direction and hands‐on support across the business, working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and external stakeholders to manage risk, maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
