MASPROis looking for a highly organised and experienced customer-focusedSales Support & Customer Service Coordinatorto join our well established Sales team based inKewdale, WA.This is a hands on role at the centre of day-to-day sales operations.
You will help ensure customer enquiries, quotations, orders, delivery updates and sales administration are managed accurately, efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with the Sales team as well as Warehousing, Inventory, Production and other internal stakeholders, you will play an important role in keeping information flowing, customers informed and orders progressing from enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently
Manage and monitor the shared Sales inbox, ensuring customer requests and outstanding actions are followed up
Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
Provide customers with accurate updates regarding ETAs, order status, delivery timeframes and product availability
Assist with returns, warranties, RMAs, replacement orders and other customer requests
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, order and sales information within company systems
Prepare invoices and associated sales documentation as required
Liaise with Sales, Warehousing, Inventory, Production and Logistics to resolve issues and meet customer commitments
Monitor backorders, freight requirements and shipment issues
Prepare regular weekly and monthly sales reports and assist with forecasting activities.
About you
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or a similar coordination role
Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence dealing directly with customers by phone and email
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to organise your workload, manage competing priorities and follow actions through to completion




A proactive approach to resolving customer and operational issues
Experience preparing or collating reports and working confidently with data
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
Experience using an ERP and/or CRM system - M1 highly beneficial as well as Hubspot will be highly regarded.
Experience working with processes and identifying ways they can be improved
