Grosvenor are looking for an Assistant Team Leader - Fire with commercial experience to join the team based from our office inCanberra– this is a mobile role managing a team and servicing a number of clients.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to Grosvenor clients
Leading a team of Dry Technicians
Providing technical advice regarding dry fire
Working closely with the service coordination team and managers with Fire reactive and planned works
Support the team with leadership and technical assistance




Capitalise on the continuation of the maintenance contract base by remaining vigilant to potential repairs, upgrade work and refurbishments
Communicate and engage with your team, work coordinators and management to ensure a smooth workflow
Desired Skills and Experience
Selection Criteria:
A solid technical background, and experience within theFire Services Industry
Proven background and experience inFire Service dry fire
Proven ability toachieve targetswhile maintainingfocus on quality
Experience with quoting, reporting and team management
