Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for a major, complex Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA.
This is a high-risk, high-expectation setting operating in live and/or under-construction process plants.
These roles are for supervisors who know Oil & Gas, understand permits, productivity, and pressure — and can lead crews safely and decisively.
Location: Karratha, WA
FIFO from Perth
Roster: 19 days on / 9 days off
Start: Immediate
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead toolbox talks and safety leadership
Control permits and isolations in line with site requirements
Supervise construction & commissioning across one or more crews
Drive productivity and progress to meet critical milestones
Manage labour, plant, cost codes, and project controls




Execute the programme and escalates risks or delays early
Enforce quality, subcontractor compliance, and site standards
Mandatory Requirements:
WA Electrical Licence
First Aid (issued within the last 36 months)
CPR / LV Rescue (issued within the last 12 months)
Construction Card (White or Blue)
Full Australian working rights
