About Us
We are a growing Melbourne-based Managed Service Provider supporting small business clients, typically up to 150 seats.
Our environments are varied and hands-on, spanningUniFi networking, Wi-Fi Cameras, FortiGate firewalls, Microsoft Teams, SIP telephony, Internet Connectivity, ConnectWise PSA/RMM, and Microsoft Azure.
About the Role
This is a hands-onL2/L3 Network / Systems Engineerrole suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable being both technical and client-facing.
You will split your time betweenremote support, project work, and onsite client visits across Melbourne.
This is not a desk-only role — you will regularly attend client sites to discover enhancements, troubleshoot issues, support installations, assist with projects, and provide a high standard of service.
One day you might be resolving a trickyUniFi Wi-Fi or camera issue, the next you could be working on aFortiGate firewall change, supporting anAzure migration, or assisting with escalatedLevel 2/3 support.
Key Responsibilities
ProvideLevel 2 and Level 3 supportacross client environments
Troubleshoot and maintainUniFi networking, Wi-Fi, and camera systems
Configure and supportFortiGate firewalls, including VPNs, policies, and general security/networking
SupportMicrosoft TeamsandSIP-based voice solutions
Perform onsite work includinginstallations, troubleshooting, project delivery, and client support
Work withinConnectWisefor ticket management, documentation, and service coordination
Contribute to project work, client onboarding, and general technical improvement across the business




Deliver consistently strong customer service with a calm, positive, solutions-focused approach
What You'll NeedEssential Skills & Experience
3–5+ years' experience in an MSP environment
Strong hands-on experience with:
UniFiswitching, wireless, and cameras
FortiGatefirewalls
Microsoft Teamsand/orSIP telephony
ConnectWise
Understanding Cybersecuritystandards, Essential8, ISO*****, documentation, tools
Some tasks may require AH work, flexibility is essential
Experience supporting multiple small business clients across networking, systems, and cloud
Comfortable working independently onsite and managing client expectations professionally
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to move between support and project work
Certifications
Current certifications are essential.Ideally these include:
AZ-104and/or other relevant Azure certification
Fortinet certification(NSE 4 or above)
CCNAor equivalent networking certification
