Are you an HVAC technician/Installer looking to take the next step in your career?
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential HVAC Supervisor to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Assist in job planning and project management to ensure timely completion of services
Perform troubleshooting and provide technical expertise on installations and repairs
Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with senior supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician/Installer (residential experience preferred)
Proven installation skills with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
