AsBranch Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our incredible volunteers and ensuring the successful operation of our local branches.
With the support of our Branch Support Officers, you will:
Assist branches in providingnutritious and well-presented mealsto the community.
Ensure services comply withMeals on Wheels SA policies and procedures.
Supervisefood safety programs, including adherence to procedures and documentation.
Train and support volunteersin the use of kitchen equipment and Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist with mealpreparation, cooking, storage, and deliveryin a timely and efficient manner.




Provideadministrative assistanceto ensure smooth branch operations.
What We're Looking For
The ideal Branch Coordinator will:
Have robust supervisory skills– Able to coach, mentor, and support volunteers.
Build positive team relationshipswith volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
Understand (or be willing to learn) Meals on Wheels SA operations.
Be highly organised– Strong coordination, time management, and logistics skills.
Prioritise and adaptto meet conflicting demands in a dynamic environment.
