We're growing, and we're looking for a motivatedTransport Coordinatorto join our high-performing operations team.
The Role
Coordinating daily transport operations, includingpre-planning, fleet allocation, and driver scheduling
Monitoring compliance requirements, including NHVR obligations
Maintaining accurate digital records and using warehouse/transport management systems
Building strong working relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams




Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operations function
About You
Minimum2 years' experiencein transport, logistics, or a similar operations role
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Advanced computer literacy, including TMS platforms and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of NHVR compliance (highly regarded)
