About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for aLegal CounselorLaw Clerkto join the EgisLegal, Ethics & Compliance teamservicing Egis' Australian and Recent Zealand projects.
In this role, you will provide legal support across contract reviews, compliance and risk management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.This includes the review of design and construction contracts, subcontract agreements, software licencing and software as a service contract and providing training on legal issues to the broader business.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills, with a view to working on major projects, disputes,

What do we need from you
Key Responsibilities
Conductcontract reviews and negotiationsto support business operations
Providelegal operations supportacross compliance, risk, and regulatory matters
Deliverad hoc legal trainingto business teams
Supportsenior lawyerson various legal matters
Offerclear, solution-focused legal adviceto internal and external stakeholders
Ability to workindependentlyand beself-motivated
Qualifications
0-2 years PQE.
Experience incontract lawand ability to manage contract negotiations, preferred but not necessary.
Excellentstakeholder engagementand problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure withattention to detailand a proactive mindset.
Aresilient team player,with a can-do attitude.
Relevant rights to live and work in Australia full-time.
