Job Summary
We are looking for an experiencedDevOps Leadto lead and support DevOps automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands‐on experience withAnsible, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and drive automation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance ofDevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and manage automation solutions usingAnsible.
Design, configure, and optimizeJenkinspipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Build and maintain CI/CD workflows usingAzure Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control usingGit.
Implement and manage containerized applications usingDocker.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications and workloads onKubernetesenvironments.
Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth application delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, automation, scalability, and system reliability.




Troubleshoot CI/CD, deployment, containerization, and infrastructure-related issues.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to DevOps team members.
Follow security, compliance, and organizational standards, particularly in environments requiring security clearance.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Ansible
Jenkins
Git
Docker
Strong understanding ofCI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience leading DevOps initiatives and working in enterprise environments
Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud-native application architectures
Experience with automation and infrastructure deployment
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in containerized environments
Candidate Profile
Strong hands‐on experience inDevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies.
Proven experience working withDocker and Kubernetesin production environments.
Robust scripting and automation mindset.
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in atechnical leadership / DevOps Leadcapacity.
Comfortable working5 days from office.
Active security clearance is mandatory.
Candidates who can joinimmediately or within 1 weekwill be preferred.
