In this fast paced role, you'll use your strong time management and prioritisation skills to enhance the guest experience.ResponsibilitiesCreate a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive serviceStay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possibleLean into team work and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as requiredAbout youYou know that when it comes to guest service, every moment mattersYou are great with people,



communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammatesYou are highly organised and have great computer skillsYou hold a current RSA certificateInherent requirementsThis is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
