This role focuses on enhancing the wellbeing of older Australians through meaningful activities, social engagement, and genuine connection.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of engaging recreational and social programsBuild positive, supportive relationships with residentsHelp create a vibrant, inclusive, and enjoyable environmentContribute to resident wellbeing through companionship, conversation, and participation in activitiesBe the friendly face that brings joy and enrichment to residents' livesQualifications & SkillsCertificate III in Aged Care or equivalentCertificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable)Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)Ability to build strong,



positive relationshipsConfidence engaging residents in daily programs and activitiesGenuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older peopleGreat communication and teamwork skills, with basic computer literacyPrior to commencement – complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers CheckLocationDarlington community, located on the Tweed Coast, Queensland.
