Two subsequent three-year appointments with the Middle Leader Allowance can be offered subject to satisfactory performance in the position and the ongoing existence of the position.As the Learning & Teaching Leader (Arts), the subjects you will oversee include the following:Drama Year 7-12Media Year 7-10Art Year 7-10Visual Art Year 11 & 12Visual Art in Practice Year 11 and 12Music Year 7-12In this position you will be responsible for:Leading the designated curriculum area(s) taught in the schoolApplying contemporary learning and teaching research to classroom practice through professional development of teachers engaged in the area(s) of curriculum responsibilitySupervising and inducting teachers engaged in the area(s)
