Tryzens is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-workstream digital CX transformation for a major Australian retail group. This role involves orchestration across onshore/offshore teams, multiple vendors and a hybrid delivery approach.

You will lead planning, governance, budget and ROI while coaching PMO colleagues and maintaining robust client relationships. The 12-month fixed-term contract may extend.
