track and organise fleet availability on a daily basisComplete all pre and post-rental proceduresEnsure the contract paperwork is accurately completedInspect the returned vehicle and complete necessary reportsDiscuss damage and missing items with the customer and resolve matter before finalising the contractLiaise with National Sales team members for major customer interactions and transactionsPerform administration duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service or administrationExcellent communication skillsAbility to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the businessHigh attention to detailSound computer literacy skillsLicense to drive manual vehicles (C class)Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
