This is a hands‐on, detail‐driven role — perfect for someone who is naturally curious, loves ticking things off a list, and wants to build a genuine career in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
You'll be doing the fundamentals — testing, checking, briefing, coordinating — and grow into owning bigger pieces of the CRM process as you build knowledge of our customers, systems, and campaigns.What you'll be doingCampaign brief & contentSupport the Digital Shoot Document process — selecting products from Merchandise to Marketing Brief and sourcing inspirational imagery for creative briefsAssist with email briefing: selecting products and images, writing copy, building email briefs, and managing the briefing workflow in AsanaQuality assuranceTest email and SMS campaigns before send — checking links, copy, and pricing accuracy across test sendsSupport website regression testing for new and existing Friends Club functionalityFriends Club (loyalty programme)Brief assets for Friends Club campaignsPrepare and submit gaming permit applicationsManage winner selection and outreach,
