Deliver business analysis across a major government ICT system renewal, supporting requirements, system upgrades, change requests and continuous improvement.
This role requires full-time onsite attendance in Canberra.

Essential Tasks
Conduct research, interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements and translate them into suitable artefacts.
Analyse, model and organise information to reconcile conflicts and distinguish business needs from solution ideas.
Support business change management and project delivery against schedule, business and budget objectives.
Assist other analysts with planning and analysis while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Criteria




Experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements elicitation, analysis and modelling capability.
Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops and produce clear business requirements artefacts.
Experience supporting system upgrades, change requests, defect fixes and business change activities.
Ability to support project delivery and provide leadership assistance to other analysts.
