The Co-Group Limited is seeking an experienced Complex Behaviour Support Worker for Caloundra & Landsborough. You will assist participants with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities and complex mental health needs, applying person-centred, trauma-informed support and BSPs in day-to-day activities.

Role requires ensuring safety, de‑escalation skills, and collaboration with the support team. Training and guidance will be provided; pay includes a sleepover allowance where applicable.
