We now seek an experienced Service Manager to lead and control our Wet Fire Division.
Taking responsibility of the Operational oversight, Financial performance, team coordination and customer service this candidate will posess a background in either Sprinkler fitting, Mechanical Pump systems or Fire protection.
Full-Time Salary based role
Laptop – Mobile Phone – Company Vehicle + Fuel card
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works
Take full P&L; responsibility, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders
Estimate and price repair works and service projects
Drive sales and business development for the department
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies
Support tender submissions and key account requirements
Position Requirements
Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)
Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
Solid leadership with a hands on approach
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Customer focused mindset and collaborative team attitude
