Rojo Australia Pty Ltd has been designing for the snow, surf and outdoor community since ****.
In **** we celebrate our 40 th year and are making plans for the future growth of all of our labels.
Under our mantra – Born in the Mountains, Lives by the Ocean – we operate a portfolio of brands built for specific communities and categories within the snow and outdoor space.
We're looking for a Designer to join our small, close-knit design team and work directly with the Founder across two of our core labels: Rojo Outerwear and POW Gloves.
The Role
We're ideally looking for someone currently working in a creative or design role who's ready to take the next step in their professional and design development.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants broad, end-to-end product experience – from trend research and concept development through to spec sheets, sampling and range delivery.
You'll work closely with the Founder and external graphic design team on product design, trend forecasting, style direction and go-to-market activations across both brands, gaining exposure to every stage of the product lifecycle.
You'll draw on our detailed library of graphic logos to build curated ranges that speak to each brand's community.
Being an active participant in the snow and outdoor community is essential.
You'll be part of a small team that values initiative, creative thinking and a robust work ethic, with genuine opportunities to travel and immerse yourself in the community our brands serve.
Our expectation is that, over time, you'll grow into a lead design and creative role – in the meantime, you'll take instruction and direction from the Founder and key stakeholders as you build toward that.
