IPAR is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver occupational rehabilitation services from either the Ballina or Gold Coast branches.
You will manage caseloads with support from Rehabilitation Assistants and work with employers, medical and allied health professionals to restore health and facilitate return to work.
The role covers initial, worksite and vocational assessments, injury prevention programs, and counselling services, aligned with IPAR's values and multidisciplinary team
