About the role:
Reporting to a Franchisee with a proven track record across multiple sites, you'll drive performance across several Auto Masters stores in WA and Qld, ensuring every site runs to the standard our brand is known for.
What this looks like:
Bring your technical and diagnostic know-how to train, support and elevate the network
Champion the Auto Masters Quality Assurance Manual and keep every site aligned with our Operations and Administration procedures
Own the sales and KPI targets across your network and drive them forward
Maintain and strengthen the Quality Assurance System
Ensure every store is a safe, clean and high-performing workplace for staff and customers alike
Be a proud ambassador for the Auto Masters brand and image
Conduct store audits, keeping statutory requirements and licensing airtight
Provide hands-on operational and training support on the AMWOS DMS
Guide Manager inductions and in-store training
Support the network in recruiting and developing key staff
Uphold honesty, efficiency and quality across every system and procedure, at every site

A highly competitive salary of $120K to $150K plus superannuation, dependent on experience

About you:
An Automotive mechanical trade is desirable (not essential) as it will help you back your team technically
You're results-driven, with a solid grasp of the financial and commercial side of running a successful automotive operation
You lead with a collaborative, engaging style that gets the best out of your teams
You've proven yourself in a leadership role that demanded strong communication, team development and customer engagement
You're solution-focused for the franchisee, your store managers and every customer who walks through the door
You've managed multiple automotive service centres or similar, with a track record of growing sales and hitting financial targets
