We're looking for a Senior MarTech Consultant who combines strong management consulting and transformation experience with a broad understanding of marketing technology, customer data and digital customer engagement.
About the Role
This is a senior client-facing consulting role focused on helping organisations define MarTech transformation strategies, operating models, investment priorities and practical roadmaps.
You'll work with senior marketing, digital, customer, data and technology stakeholders to understand their challenges, assess current capabilities and define how technology, data, people and processes need to evolve.
This isn't a hands-on platform implementation or Solution Architect role – you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, customer, marketing and technology, helping clients determine what they should do and how they should get there.
What You'll Do
Develop MarTech and marketing transformation strategies and roadmaps
Lead discovery sessions, executive interviews and current-state assessments
Assess MarTech maturity, capability gaps and transformation opportunities
Design future-state marketing operating models across people, process, data and technology
Develop business cases and define measurable value from MarTech investment
Advise clients on platform strategy, investment priorities and organisational readiness
Facilitate workshops with senior marketing, customer, digital,



data and technology stakeholders
Lead multidisciplinary consulting engagements from strategy through to mobilisation
Develop executive-level recommendations, presentations and decision materials
Support proposals, business development and growth of client accounts
Coach and support consultants across engagements
What You'll Bring
8+ years' experience across management consulting, MarTech, marketing transformation, customer strategy or digital transformation
Strong experience developing transformation strategies, roadmaps, business cases or operating models
Broad understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, customer data, analytics, personalisation, content and digital experience
Experience advising and presenting to senior and executive stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable business outcomes
Experience leading complex workshops and consulting engagements
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and executive communication skills
Experience within a leading consultancy, specialist consultancy or complex enterprise transformation environment will be highly regarded
This role is open to applicants in Melbourne or Syndey.
