Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, proactive, and patient-focused Clinic Receptionist to join our team.
This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic, providing outstanding customer service, supporting healthcare providers, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and professional setting for patients and staff.
The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for front-desk operations, patient coordination, appointment management, documentation, telephone and email communication, basic financial administration, inventory management, and supporting doctors and administrative teams to ensure clinic sessions run smoothly.

Inventory & Clinic Supplies
Clinic Operations & Compliance
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, based on clinic operating requirements.
Daily working hours may vary depending on doctor schedules and clinic sessions.
Weekly rosters will be communicated in advance.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a receptionist who is qualified, enthusiastic, highly organized, patient-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.




The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment, managing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting doctors and administrative teams to ensure every clinic session operates smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist, medical receptionist, clinic administrator, or administrative assistant, preferably within a healthcare or medico-legal setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage appointments, documentation, calls, emails, inventory, and patient enquiries simultaneously.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, invoicing systems, patient management software, and Microsoft Office.
Experience using clinic management systems is desirable; familiarity with Gentu/OPSA will be advantageous.
High attention to detail when managing patient records, documentation, financial transactions, and inventory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong focus on patient service.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities
Hourly rate: (Hourly Rate: 25 to 27 AUD), based on experience and skill set.
