You will provide guidance on job design, ER, diversity, wellbeing and remuneration while ensuring compliance with the Local Government (State) Award and Council policies.
The role requires robust coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead multiple HR projects in a fast-paced council environment.
