We are seeking a reliable, motivated and values-aligned Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team based inAlexandra Hills.
This opportunity is ideal for apositive, proactive communicatorwith a can-do attitude who can motivate, engage and support people with diverse needs.
Experience is highly regarded, particularly for candidates confident working independently and within a team setting.
Flexibility, initiative and strong communication skills are essential.
This position is for Casual hours ideally available weekdays and every second weekend; to support our persons we support at the day program or in the SIL residential home.

What you can bring to the team:
A positive, proactive and respectful approach
Experience supporting people with disability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Confidence using technology and digital systems
We also require:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) – advantageous but not essential
Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
Current or willingness to obtain: Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid & CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work)
Open Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
