We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our logistics and transportation operations in Brisbane.
This role is ideal for a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor and driving safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.
Lead, coach, and support drivers and warehouse staff.
Actively participate in hands-on operational tasks as required.
Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and route optimisation.
Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company policies.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage inventory flow, loading/unloading, and yard operations.
Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – mandatory.
Hands-on approach and willingness to work on the floor.
Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
