The Role
As a Structural Engineer specialising in Temporary Works, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of complex structural solutions from concept through to construction.
You will take ownership of projects, providing technical expertise across structural design, temporary works engineering and project delivery.
Working closely with clients, contractors, engineers and drafters, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of challenging projects while helping to develop the capability of the wider team.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
2–5+ years' experience in structural engineering, with demonstrated experience in temporary works
Strong understanding of temporary works design,



construction methodologies and structural stability
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers and drafters
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and Australian construction practices
Excellent technical, communication, problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
A collaborative leadership style with a genuine interest in developing others
A commitment to delivering technically robust, practical and high-quality engineering solutions
