We're looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Collingwood.
You'll pick up warm leads handed off from the Kapio platform, where clients have already explored their options and are ready to talk to a person.
From there, you own the process end to end: understanding the client's business and matching them with the right lender through to settlement.
This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, manage your own pipeline and close deals.
What you'll be doing
Managing warm leads from the Kapio platform, from first conversation through to settlement
Understanding each client's business and funding needs
Reviewing financial information and packaging lending applications
Matching clients with the most suitable lender and product, using Kapio's AI-driven insights
Liaising with lenders to negotiate and progress applications if required
Managing your own pipeline and following up opportunities
Building long-term relationships with clients
Working towards sales and settlement targets
What we're looking for
Strong sales ability with confidence speaking to business owners
Commercially minded, with the ability to interpret financial information
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
Highly regarded
Experience in business lending,



commercial finance, banking or business broking
Experience packaging and submitting business loan applications
Experience working with Australian small businesses
Comfortable working with tech-driven, data-led platforms
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
