The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to lead a team of senior lawyers and deliver high-level legal services across the ACCC's mandate.
You will advise on mergers, competition and consumer law, oversee hearings in tribunals and courts, and work closely with the Chair and Commissioners.
This SES Band 1 role offers adaptable work arrangements, a supportive culture and opportunities to influence national policy and regulatory outcomes.
