The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with growing residential developer/builder, a growing South Australian residential builder with an exciting pipeline of work across metropolitan Adelaide.
This is a nimble and ambitious business with a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering quality residential projects while maintaining an easy-going and collaborative working environment.
With 4 new sites planned over the next 2 years the business is now looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of project delivery and become an important part of its continued growth.
This isn't an opportunity to simply step into an established position and become another number.
They are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the business, build strong relationships with the team and subcontractors, and have input into how projects are delivered moving forward.
For the right person, there is also the potential for future equity in the business, providing a longer-term pathway beyond the traditional Project Manager position.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of their upcoming residential pipeline, overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the delivery of 4 residential sites over the next 2 years
Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, typically with 3–5 single dwellings under construction at any one time
Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and overall delivery
Coordinating and maintaining relationships with an established subcontractor base
Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders




Partnering with a reputable architecture studio throughout design and project delivery
Maintaining quality, programme and commercial outcomes across each project
Working directly with leadership to improve processes and support the continued growth of the business
You will also have the benefit of working alongside an established sister joinery business, providing additional capability and support across project delivery.

Residential construction Project Management experience
Builders licence essential
