Darwalla Group is seeking a Rearing Farm Assistant Manager (2IC) in Killarney, Queensland.
You will work closely with the Farm Manager to oversee a 6-shed rearing production farm, coordinating daily tasks and contributing to future Farm Manager development.
The role requires poultry experience, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to safety, training, and administration.
This is a hands-on position offering growth within a small, multicultural team.
