Reporting directly to theChief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership acrossAcute, Community and Residential Services.
As a key member of the Executive Team, you will champion the MDHSVision, Purpose and Strategic Direction, while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care within a strong clinical governance framework.

Qualifications / Experience
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust combination ofstrategic leadership, technical expertise and people leadership, including:




Developed knowledge of and hands-on experience withActivity Based Funding and Residential Funding
Working knowledge ofhealth accreditation standards, including National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities, with the ability to conductbusiness and performance analysisand implement effective strategies
The ability to set clear standards, targets and objectives - and achieve them byinspiring and influencing the performance of others
Demonstrated success inbuilding high-performing teamsand managing staff with confidence and compassion
A proven track record of cultivating apositive and inclusive workplace culture
