Step into an autonomous role within a small, collaborative team at one of Australia's leading family-owned home builders,Burbank Group.
You'll sit at Group level and create for all of our brands, some you may already know includeBurbank, Beacon Building Services, Dynamic Trades Solutions,andBurbank Urban.
We're after agraphic designerwho knows how to elevate a brand, one who makes it pop in print and digital, likes to dabble with AI, animation, and video editing, and thrives as an all-rounder self-starter.
As our Graphic Designer, you'll manage the creative development and delivery of promotions, display home point-of-sale, and our digital footprint.
You live and breathe brand, interpreting guidelines and making them work across every touchpoint and across multiple businesses.

Expand your portfolio across multiple brands: residential, trades, and urban development
Work on print, digital, display homes, campaigns, no two days the same
Be part of a supportive, collaborative marketing team with ongoing development
New brand-building opportunities as our Group continues to evolve
The Role
Conceptualise, plan, design, and develop a wide range of brand communications across our national footprint and multiple Group businesses
Assist in the rollout of new brand projects and cross-brand campaigns
Support Sales, Corporate Branding, and the Display Home program with robust creative execution (POS, brochures, signage, website, social, eDMs, presentations)
Partner with the marketing team to deliver always-on content across all platforms




Execute and schedule social content; contribute to concepts, storyboarding, and basic motion/video when needed
Ensure brand consistency while adapting tone and style to each subsidiary
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years' design experience with a strong portfolio
Experience across Figma, HTML, animation and image editing will be highly regarded, as will a proactive approach to exploring new design trends, technologies and AI-enhanced creative tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); bonus points for After Effects/Premiere, basic HTML/CMS, and CRM exposure
Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent) in Graphic/Multimedia Design advantageous
Background or interest in property, construction, hospitality, retail or related industries
Strong grasp of print & digital, social media formats, and campaign workflows
Excellent organisation, time management, and stakeholder skills, confident juggling multiple brands and priorities
