BankSA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will engage with customers in-branch and over the phone to understand their financial needs and promote the bank's products.
You will refer customers to specialist banking teams and coach clients on digital banking offerings to support their financial goals.
This is a full time, branch-based role with a scheduled pattern (Mon/Wed 8.15am–*****pm and Tue/Fri 8.15am–*****pm).
