MLG is one of Western Australia's leading mining and resource service providers, supporting operations across haulage, crushing and screening, site services, bulk haulage and logistics.
With continued growth across our operations, we're looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Kalgoorlie team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping people, systems and processes on track.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the administrative backbone of the site, supporting operational leaders across a range of functions including:
Daily reporting and data entry




Payroll support and timesheet auditing
Mobilisation and onboarding coordination
Flight and accommodation bookings
Rostering administration and schedule changes
Purchase order creation and invoice processing
Contractor documentation and compliance tracking
Meeting minutes and document preparation
General administration support for site leadership teams
No two days will be the same, and your ability to stay organised, proactive and accurate will be highly valued.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who bring:
Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Project Administrator or similar mining administration role
Solid skills across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with payroll support, mobilisation, travel coordination and purchasing processes
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
A full unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
Full Australian working rights
