Job Description

Guzman y Gomez is hiring a Crew member to join our Newcastle team. You will take orders, assemble burritos, restock fridges and handle basic food prep, delivering a quick, friendly guest experience during night shifts.

You'll work 10pm–6am, with weekend overnight shifts, and enjoy adaptable rosters, free uniforms, heavily discounted meals, thorough training, team activities, and prospects for leadership growth and franchise involvement.
