UNSW College is seeking a driven Talent Manager to own end-to-end recruitment for the College, including design of a contemporary framework and a focus on sourcing, selection, candidate experience, employer brand, technology and analytics.
You will partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into targeted sourcing strategies, manage senior and specialist roles hands-on, and lead external talent pipelines while upholding a robust student-focused experience.
