About The Role
n
This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong Business Services leader to join a well established Brisbane firm at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level. The firm services a portfolio of privately owned and family businesses. As the firm continues to win larger, more complex clients in the $40m to $100m turnover range, they are looking for someone who can lead from the front technically, manage senior client relationships and mentor a growing team.

What You Will Be Doing
n
Managing a portfolio of complex clients, including groups turning over $40m to $100m
n
Reviewing and overseeing financial statements, tax returns and complex compliance work for companies, trusts and groups
n
Providing high level advisory support including structuring, forecasting and cash flow management
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, CFOs and other key stakeholders
n
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of accountants
n
Working closely with Partners and Directors on business development and firm growth initiatives
n
Reviewing work prepared by senior staff and providing technical guidance
n
What We Are Looking For
n




CA or CPA qualified
n
Strong technical background in Business Services, ideally gained across mid tier, second tier or Big 4 firms
n
Proven experience managing clients in the $40m to $100m turnover range is essential, regardless of firm background
n
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing a team
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
n
A genuine interest in being part of a firm's continued growth and success
n
Clear KPIs set from day one to support your progression to Director
n
