Job Description
The Department of Local Government, Water and Volunteers is seeking a temporary AO4 HR Officer to support the HR Operations team during a secondment. This nine-month position offers exposure to core HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, and policy interpretation.

You will handle high-volume HR enquiries, provide guidance on leave entitlements and employment conditions, and contribute to process improvements within a small, busy HR team.
