Job Description
The Big Group is seeking a Front of House Cafe Manager to lead Guild Cafe operations and the upcoming Biblio Café at State Library Victoria in Melbourne. This is a Monday to Friday role, setting the tone on the floor, developing the team, driving robust business performance and delivering an experience unmistakably The Big Group.

You will coach baristas and shift supervisors, manage reservations, rostering, stock, and POS while upholding food safety and WHS standards.
