Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, tax, and financial reporting.

Prepare and present accurate financial statements to support decision‐making processes.

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.

Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance against set targets.
n
Lead and mentor a small team.
n
Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
n
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications
n
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
n
n
Skilled qualifications such as CPA or CA (or equivalent).
n
Strong experience in financial reporting, tax, and forecasting.
n
Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.




n
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
n
Proficiency in financial software and systems, either SAP or Oracle.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
