Podium in Melbourne is seeking a proven leader to lead and grow its Australia-based SDR sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the full-funnel motion - from outbound strategy to pipeline, and drive revenue while nurturing a growing team.
You will coach junior reps, set KPIs, collaborate with Marketing, CX and Partnerships, and report performance to local and global leadership. This role offers a competitive base salary + super, uncapped commission, and a contemporary CBD office.
