About you
We are looking for an experienced
Facility Manager / Residential Aged Care Manager
who is confident leading a large home and motivating teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
Essential requirements:
Current
AHPRA registration
Proven experience managing a residential aged care home
Strong leadership and people management capability
Sound understanding of aged care quality and compliance requirements
Experience managing financial and operational performance
Strong knowledge of AN-ACC and accreditation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality resident outcomes
