Growing steadily, with two stores in Melbourne (Armadale and Chadstone), a new production facility in Mordialloc, and plenty of exciting things still to come.

We're looking for someone who has experience as a specialty coffee barista, leads by example and enjoys being part of the action.

You'll have the support of the owners and senior team, but we trust our managers to run their venue like it's their own.

Who we're looking for:

Someone who understands that outstanding cafés aren't just built by fancy fit-outs, but also by great people.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience managing a café, restaurant or hospitality venue.
n
Confidence behind the coffee machine and knowledge around more than just the morning rush.
n
The ability to lead a team with positivity and accountability.
n
Patience when the docket printer suddenly decides everyone in Melbourne wants breakfast at the exact same time.

A sharp eye for detail, from customer experience through to stock and operations.
n
A mindset that looks for ways to improve, not excuses.
