Personal Assistant (PA)/Support Worker- PUR-*******

Z is an 87 year old lady who lives with Dementia. Z has a
n
hearing impairment but has hearing aids which she doesn't
n
always choose to wear.
n
Z enjoys reading the newspaper, going for short walks and
n
trips to the garden centre.
n
Z is verbally uninhibited and can be rude or offensive in her
n
language at times, this is part of her Dementia.
n
Please note cats live at the property.
n
Hours and rate of
n
pay hours
n
17 hours per week – split Tuesday, Friday 4hrs 12pm – 4pm &
n
Saturday & Sunday 4.5 hours 12pm – 4.30pm.
n

DBS/Checks

Confirmation of Enhanced DBS check
n
Right to Work and references will be needed.

What you would
n
Preparing light meals and encouraging Z to eat and drink.
n
Household tasks, light cleaning and occasional laundry.
n
Some support with toileting and hygiene will be required.

Companionship, chatting, playing games & accessing the
