Business Analyst / Project Support Officer | Project Governance

Support requirements analysis, business process activities and project governance within a complex ICT delivery environment, contributing to planning, reporting, assurance and stakeholder coordination through to June 2027.

Location: Canberra / Sydney / Brisbane / Hobart / Coffs Harbour
Work Arrangement: Full time. Adaptable work arrangements to be negotiated with the Director.
Contract Duration: ASAP to June 2027
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks
Undertake requirements analysis and maintain comprehensive requirements tracking.
Support business process analysis, impact assessments, testing and business validation.
Develop project plans, schedules, governance artefacts and project documentation.
Prepare reporting and executive briefs, coordinate governance forums and maintain project registers.

Key Criteria
Strong requirements analysis, traceability and business process mapping capability.
Experience supporting project governance,



reporting and assurance activities.
Explicit written and verbal communication with robust attention to detail.
Experience with Agile, PRINCE2 or P3, or digital health, interoperability or government ICT environments, is desirable.
