We are seeking an experienced and reliable Massage Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will assess clients’ needs, provide a range of massage treatments and techniques, monitor treatment outcomes, and offer appropriate advice to support clients’ relaxation, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Discuss symptoms, medical history, and desired treatment outcomes with clients.
Guide clients to understand the company's service offerings and assist them in selecting the most suitable massage types.
Assess clients’ physical conditions and identify areas of muscle tension, pain or soft tissue dysfunction.
Massage muscles and other soft tissues to relieve tension, assist recovery and promote relaxation.
Apply various techniques for treatment,



such as remedial massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, and cupping therapy.
Collect feedback from clients during treatment sessions and adjust techniques to meet their needs.
Provide guidance to clients on stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and improving posture.
Document clients' conditions and progress and arrange bookings for further sessions.
Maintain hygiene requirements within work areas.

Required Experience and Skills
At least 3 years’ experience working as a massage therapist.
A relevant qualification in massage therapy, remedial massage or a related field would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Ability to obtain and maintain any professional insurance required for the role.
Proficient in various massage techniques and modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and principles relevant to massage therapy.
Solid time management and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with other therapists and staff.
