The Role

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service across our bar and gaming operations. You'll be part of a supportive team, creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining high service standards in a fast paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in our bar and gaming areas




Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and responsibly
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the gaming lounge and bar
Build positive relationships with guests and provide a welcoming experience
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional service

About You

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a bar and gaming workplace
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards (essential)
