Sekisui House Australia is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to manage end-to-end client support for premium apartment and mixed-use developments. You will guide clients from contract exchange through construction, settlement and post-settlement, ensuring a seamless journey.

Deliver proactive updates, address issues promptly, and coordinate with sales, marketing, drafting, construction, and finance to maintain data integrity in Settld and Property Base.
